Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

This policy applies to all paid subscriptions of the WhatsApp Assistant service offered by 9ance India Private Limited (and its affiliate 9ance Technologies LLC).

1. Money-Back Guarantee (First 14 Days)

If you are a new customer, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment (or activation date, whichever is later). No questions asked – simply email [email protected] with your account email and the word "REFUND – FIRST 14 DAYS".

2. Recurring Subscriptions

  • Monthly plan: You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds for partial months.
  • Yearly plan: You may cancel within 30 days of renewal for a pro-rated refund of the unused months (minus a 5% processing fee). After 30 days, the yearly fee is non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

If the Service is down for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, you may request a pro-rated credit or refund for the affected period.

4. How to Request a Refund

We will process approved refunds within 7 business days to your original payment method (Razorpay or PayPal).

5. Downgrades & Upgrades

  • Downgrading your plan does not trigger a refund for the current billing cycle.
  • Upgrading prorates the remaining time and charges the difference immediately.

6. Account Deletion After Cancellation

Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion by contacting [email protected].

Payment Processors

All payments are handled by Razorpay (for Indian customers) or PayPal (international). Refunds are issued through the same gateway.
